I went to Mission Fence to get an estimate on building a new fence, and they hung me out to dry. Not only did they fail to show up on the day we had scheduled, they didn't even have the courtesy to call me to tell me they were too busy. I had to call them twice, only to be told they could reschedule me in two weeks. TWO WEEKS?? Really, Mission Fence?? That's your idea of customer service?? I schedule an appointment days in advance, take time off from work, set aside the entire day, and you just blow me off? And then you think I'm going to be want to reschedule with you? Epic fail.
