I am so grateful to all of the instructors at Body and Brain Yoga. My life has changed in many different ways, some of which include: weight loss, flexibility, positive mood, more feelings of happiness, and a sense of peace within myself that I have never experienced before. I can honestly say that it has changed my confidence in myself in a matter of 2 months. Life feels different and so much better after attending yoga classes. I use to have anxiety and lots of sadness in my heart. As a result of yoga, I am experiencing a happier and healthier life. What a wonderful place for healing yourself and discovering a sense of peace from within. I am forever thankful to all of the instructors!
