This visit was a better experience than ones I have had in the past. The defining difference is how quickly I was greeted and how warm and friendly the front staff was. Great job to the ladies working up there! Also I like that the same person washed, cut and blew out my hair. I really dislike being shuffled from one person to the next. I also like my hair cut very much. Crystal did a good job. Some things that could be improved on... Crystal pushed products really hard from the beginning of the appointment instead of getting to know me. I wasn't in the market for new products. I haven't finished the ones ruthie sold me 6 months ago when I saw her at rumors. Also I left with hair all over my backside and didn't notice until my boyfriend pointed it out. I recommend you have lint rollers and encourage the stylists to use them. But good experience over all. Thank you!
