Angie is wonderful, could not ask for a nicer person, warm and friendly and does a good job. One of my favorite things about Skin Sense is the relaxation room. One of the employees came in twice once to take someone out and once to bring someone in. She stood in the middle of the room and said aloud, "Come in and relax, have some tea," etc. etc. Each time she did this, it ruined the atmosphere, and takes a few minutes to get back into a relaxation mind set. Could the employees please be reminded to be quiet in the relaxation room? Perhaps she could talk in the hallway prior to entering the room. Or if retrieving someone, she could take them out in the hall and wait until the door is shut before asking how their Christmas was. It would be greatly appreciated.
