I brought my Navajo in Oct 27th for a thorough maintenance check including a request to check the bad shimmy I had at around 65mph. When I came in on Dec 22nd for what I thought was nothing more than a starting problem Ken discovers a loose front wheel which apparently was not caught on Oct 27th! Could it have had something to do with the shimmy??? Karl checked the computer and there were no notes made about the shimmy! Included in the $986 bill I just paid were 4 new shocks, (because one had blown out), and a battery. I got no warranty information on either of these. Do the shocks have a lifetime warranty? And the battery - how long should it be good for? You have been servicing my Navajo many, many years and I've always trusted you - this recent experience was not good.
