I called Freeman pluming and simply asked how much it was for a service call and how much they charged an hour. The person who answered stated they didn't give out that information. I asked if I went in if they could give me the information. She told me they only give out that information when the job has been done. I tried to reason with her because I'm not simply going to agree to whatever price they come up with before the job is done. I guess Dianna at Freeman's plumbing does not need business.
