The magazines are not helpful when spending time waiting for a color treatment or longer. In general - the weekly magazines are missing and I am not willing to look at hair magazines for 30 minutes. The stylists and shampoo personnel are great, the personnel at the cash register are snooty. They probably should say Happy Holidays this time of year - at least.
