We chose this company based on the cost and salesperson who came to give us a bid. We could have moved ourselves and caused less damage.
We hired them to move our large items from our house. First they showed up an hour late. Their workers took 15 minute breaks every 30 minutes. The estimated time to move was 3 hours. It took them 6. They didn't even move the one item we really hired them to move because they didn't have the $1 tool from Walmart to remove the handles from the fridge. When they did come back to move it they put a nice big dent in the front from the strap they used to secure it to the truck. They also scratched the door frame and newel post when moving it into the new house. They also damaged the wood floor of the new house, scratched the dining room table. broke some of the glass shelf from the china hutch and scratched our bed frame. When we went to the BBB, NL Wilson said all of it was our fault and they shouldn't have to pay to fix anything. (not sure how broken items in the move was our fault, but that's what they claimed) We talked to the owner several times and he was very rude. We also talked to the parent company and they said they don't have any way to control their subs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE YOUR ITEMS.
