This place is dangerous! Do not go here!
I had a massage and facial at M's. I've had better massages. The facial was the worst I ever had! I ended up with a chemical burn and oozing open wounds on my face that could lead to permanent scarring and pigmentation!
I have had facials almost every month for years and I have never been in so much pain during and afterwards, even with lasers and peels. This was just a simple cleansing facial!
The facialist over-scubbed and over-exfoliated my face resulting in a severe sunburn/windburn feeling. Towards the end of the treatment I was pulling my face away in pain since every touch hurt. I use the same product line at home, so my experience was NOT a reaction to the products.
I could not sleep that night because my face was on fire. My face was still on fire the next morning and felt horribly tight and was painful to make facial expressions. I also have oozing open wounds. I contacted the owner for a refund, which she gave me weeks later after I asked for it three times. I will never return here or recommend it to anyone.
