I ordered in August and it took way too long to get anything accomplished. The lady who runs the store is disorganized, unprofessional, and should just close the store. The installer, her husband, did a terrible job and left my fireplace half installed. Just turned on my blower tonight and the thing sounds like it goings to explode, something he probably checked but didn't tell me. I tried to call during the initial stages, after first payment, and could not get anyone to call me back. Finally, went in person before something was finally accomplished. By far the worst business I have ever dealt with. Spend your money in Des Moines or somewhere else where they care about there customers. more
