I recently called Cooper Heating and Cooling to help out with a no heat call. I called in and a VERY RUDE woman (dee) answered the phone and wouldn't schedule me anything. I called back the next day, cause I still didn't have heat and spoke with a VERY HELPFUL gentleman (gary) who immediately expressed his concern for my problem he got me in that day and the wonderful technician (roger) fixed me up and got me heat.. COOPER IS WONDERFUL........hire more people like Gary and Roger!!!!!! Will use you again and tell everyone I know to use COOPER!!!
