Service advisor Johnny Gamez was very accommodating and helpful in getting my 2003 Avalanche air-conditioning fixed the same day it broke. Probably the hottest day that week!! I was very grateful that he was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day (Friday) to get it fixed, since I work usually 7am-6pm and also on Saturdays.
