I'm not the sort of person to write reviews... unless I'm really pissed-off and I think people should be warned. So, here goes:
I scheduled service over the weekend to have my driver's side door glass replaced. Dispatch called me on Monday morning to tell me they could not replace the glass in my driver's side door because I would have to order it from the dealership.
The first reason this is bad business is because I should have been informed of this fact when I set up the original appointment. If I knew they didn't have the part for my car, I could have called 8 other companies that did.
Secondly, the vandals who broke my window not only damaged the glass, but I'm sure the rain coming in all weekend did a tremendous amount of damage to the upholstery. And now I'm thinking the Glass Doctor might have to share a bit of the blame for that as well.
I will never call the unreliable team at Glass Doctor again, nor will I recommend them to my friends. Instead, I will tell everyone how much of a quack the Doctor is.
