What started out as a good experience has turned into a furniture purchase nightmare?\r

Trying a too hard to make a sale our salesperson Brenda kept repeating to us that the set was made in the USA while pounding her hand on the bottom of the drawer to show how solid it was. The manager also backed her up on the made in USA statement. What was delivered was a set made in China constructed of particle board and ply wood. We asked them to take it back and refund the money. Of course they said they could not but we all know that is at the discretion of the store manager. Now after a month we are still waiting for one dresser o be fixed. They had to order two replacement pieces. Drawers do not work on one of the pieces. They blame it on the manufacturer (Legacy). They do not stand behind their products. Check out the BBB first.
