CUSTOMERS, SALESMEN, SALES MANAGERS BEWARE!!! I am writing this to let all parties who may ever contemplate any one of the above for mentioned to run the other way. I have spent the last 6 weeks as the sales manager at Valley and want everyone to know just how bad this place really is. I will start with CUSTOMERS. If you have made it to here you will already recognize the bad reviews. This is the only dealership I have ever seen receive an ""F"" from the BBB. Even the review from Dave two below was a bribe for mud flaps in which they were given free for a good review. Same guy wrote a review last time he bought which more honestly describes his experience. Terrible. The place uses the same tactics as used in the old days with no legal disclosure...TERM, INTEREST RATE, ect. They (TYLER GRUBICH aka General Manager aka OWNERS SON) will deceive the customer upon the initial offer with money down that was never entered in deal with a high rate to confuse people on the payment. They also don't include tax or dealer fee in proposal as they will go back for it after you have agreed to a deal. The owner and his son are not good people....they will not stand behind their word and both constantly belittle the salesmen and the customers both to their faces and behind their backs, two of the most unkind, judgmental people I have ever met. There is a reason that Valley is dead last in new car sales in the entire region and receives such bad press everywhere online. As for the USED cars...make sure they are running perfect if you buy one there because I assure you
