We were on a very tight schedule. There was a mechanical problem with the truck and we were never informed. We showed up on the day of rental and the truck was not available. They never called us to let us know there was a problem. I guess it's up to the customer to find out if your truck will actually be there when you arrive. Beware of poor customer service. The only saving grace was they did call a competitor and found us another truck. From now on we will rent trucks from the competitor.
