My experience with Applewood was very good. When I initially called they set up an apointment window. Then they called me to tell me they were 30 minutes out. The technician came right on time and I directed him to the furnace. He was able to diagnose the problem and clean it pretty fast. He was also nice enough to install my free carbon monoxide detector they gave me. They charged me what they quoted and the service was great. My only gripe, was that it seemed like the technician was pretty sick and probably should not have been working. Other than that, the service was good and the technician was very nice!
