Recently, I ordeed a funeral arrangement. Although there was some confusion about the order itself, the customer service I received was exceptional. I was concerned that I had been a victim of identity theft. Both the manager and a gentleman employee diligently sifted through days of receipts and talked to every single employee at both locations until the confusion about my order was resolved--within the hour. And then I was offered a complimentary gift basket. Great people!
