Serivce Manager ,Jeff lied and said my car was fine,not the case\r
but this costed them 1/2 my brake repair which was NOT done at Nissan.\r
Sales and Internet Manager ,Nick introduces himself to me ,states\r
he is sorry for many problems I recently had and knew I was looking at new leases and said he would give me a"phenominal deal" and would have to take a loss to do so.\r
After approx 2weeks of will call you back,, checking for more money, lies after lies ,no call backs ,no pheonominal deal.\r
What was that about?? I never met this guy ,why would he want to mislead me and make me believe he is working on a great deal and will call me back?? Is he taking drugs or something??Why would he create more problems for me when he just said he is sorry for the problems I had at his dealership??\r
I never encounter this type of beh
