Elegance in Time has been my clock store for over 30 years. I recently took my schoolhouse clock in and was greeted warmly. My clock was repaired within days. When I got home I noticed the chime was slightly different. I took it back and was again greeted warmly. Explained my need to have the chime restored to it's origional sound and within an hour I had my clock and the bim-bam chime was as close to the origional sound as could be expected for a 30 year old clock. I was very satisfied with the experience.
