Ordered the server's recommended lechon asado (roasted pork), which came with 3 sides (yucca, rice, beans). Pork was juicy but the outsides were nice and browned. Beans had nice garlicky taste and combined well with rice and yucca. Hubby got arroz con pollo a la jardinera, which was equally as good. Chicken well cooked an veg was pretty in yellow rice. Would love to come to lung buffet and try more Cuban food.
