Armstrong Enterprises was excellent. The quote was done accurately, and after they provided me with a price, they scheduled the work probably within a couple of weeks to come out and do the work. They were pretty flexible too, because we had to a piece of equipment to get some items on top of the barn. To get them up there, we found a neighbor that had a lift to get them up there. It made things a little better, but they were flexible enough to let us work out a way to get the job done, so I think it's nice that they worked with me as a homeowner to figure out a way to do the job.
The gentlemen that came here to do the work worked hard. They worked smart too, because they seemed to know what to do. I think the mark of a true professional is somebody who makes something difficulty look easy, and these guys made something that I thought was very difficult very easy. They stepped up, got the job done, but they were not in such a rush as to endanger themselves. They were not in a real hurry, they did a good job, and they got it done right. We all had a good time too, and they definitely seemed to enjoy what they were doing.
I wrote the owner to let him know my feelings. I really appreciated him, and I really appreciated knowing that I can count on them to get work done. It can be risky these days, as you never know what kind of personalities will be over when a company sends their guys to work at your home. I really appreciated that he hired local people, and that he is really helping the local economy with his business. He is absolutely making a difference in the lives of the families here.
