My husband and I were really impressed with how professional, and courteous our salesperson was. It's like he really cared about our concerns, and really wanted us to go home happy. And we absolutely did. He answered all my husbands questions thoroughly and great detail, that I even understood everything! We test drove each car that we were interested in, and that should show his extreme patience with us, because we test drove quite a few! We really appreciated the time he spent with us and his assurance that we'd go home happy... and like I said, we most certainly did! We love our new car, and we have Columbia Ford to thank for that, and our salesperson! We'll recommend this place to others.
