Went to pick up our new Yukon xl today only to have them cut in half what they offered us for our trade in and tried to jam us for an extra 1000. I guess their thinking was we were there and whats an extra grand to try and soak out of the customer. Said we should really be paying them 2500 more but they would settle for 1000. Told the salesman agree to the deal we signed or we ,were leaving. As he sat there in some sort of catatonic stupor without approaching the manager with the discrepancy my wife and I walked out. went to the Volvo dealership. Ended up with getting exactly what patrick and we had agreed upon for a trade in and bought a beautiful XC90 instead. Thank you Patrick for being a bunch of greedy scumbags, we ended up with a better deal and a better car. Thank you for showing us the light. Please go elsewhere to buy a car, don't subject yourself to these people. They are a waste of your time and money!
