I found Nystrom to be far more interested in generating revenue than helping my son. I timed my son's time in the appointments. They averaged 12 minutes. The bills averaged approximately $200.00. Furthermore, I found Nytrom's customer service represntatives to be aggressive and rude. Their montra was if the doctor lists a service you will be charged. When pressed, they acknowledge there is no way to verify the service was provided. I recommended considering other options, unless you think paying $200.00 for 12 minutes, without any way to know if the service you are being billed for is being provided is acceptable.
