BAYTOWN SEAFOOD IN TEXAS CITY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE OUT THE MANAGER OR OWNER'S NAMES! IT'S AS IF THEY HAVE FREE REIGN TO ACT HOWEVER THEY WANT TO WITHOUT ANY CONSEQUENCES! MAYBE POSTING ON FACEBOOK ABOUT HOW TERRIBLE THEY ARE WILL MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I HAVE A VOICE AGAINST THEIR BUSINESS! UUUUUGGGGGG!!!\r And they got our orders COMPLETELY wrong (switched orders with someone elses), overcharged us by $35, refused to make it right, kept saying it was our fault, argued with me over and over, one of the girls tried to jump over the counter at me and her coworker held her back - are you kidding me!!! I have NEVER been treated so horribly in my life at a place of service!!! more
