To start, the original salesman falsely portrayed the intent of the company guarantee. We purchased a more expensive systems because we were told we would receive service for no cost as long as we owned the house. Then the crew who installed the systems did poor work. The plus is that the company did their best to right the wrong. For over 2 years we received free service. There were at least 12 field visits to our home. At that point, even though the systems were not completely right, we agreed to start paying for the Silver Service. As problems continued we received service at only our monthly cost until 2011. After 3 years the final installation problems were found and now it appears that the system works as designed. The company remains to state that they will right all the problems but it really depended who arrived to service. Overall I am pleased with the system, but not sure if I would recommend Comfort Experts to others. I would have no idea what type of work they would receive. Yes, Comfort Experts will try to make it right but the inconvenience to the home owner may be more than they would want to experience.

I apologize for any inconveniences caused to Mr. Glenn. We have spoken to Mr. Glenn and received the response this was from the original install. He had challenges with resolving the problems at hand. He did go on to say that we have resolved the concerns and is happy at this time.
