I brought my clock in to be repaired in April 2011. I picked up my clock this November 2011. The clockmakers did nothing to repair my clock for this long a period. I also left a $50.- deposit which they returned after having both the deposit and clock sitting in their presence for over 7 months. They quoted a repair to cost around $600.- BEWARE! They are sweet to your face but VERY POOR business people. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
