The worst insurance agency I've ever encountered! Over the past few years Crowell Agency has had a large turn over in staff and the employees who are left are terrible. They are completely incompetent and have very poor costumer service. Advice to any of their policy holders...CHECK YOUR POLICY CAREFULLY...they don't know what they are doing. I have tried to move my Allstate policy to another agent and they have refused to sign the appropriate paperwork so my only choice is too drop Allstate and go with another company! I've already dropped my homeowner's policy because they did not have the correct coverage and after 1 year in my new home they still did not have my name or address correct! I called several times to correct the errors and nothing was done so I finally dropped my policy. I guess I'll have to do the same with my auto policy!!!! I would recommend anyone run away from this company!!!\r
