Fish Gallery.... I apologize if this place has changed owners in the last few years but this must be heard, maybe someone can track down the man that owns/owned it. I worked here a few years back and it's unfortunate that I moved out of state because I would have loved to shut this place down. I wont even go into detail about how I bought a $1000 bird and before I brought it home it was ""stolen"" and they filed a police report against me for allegedly stealing my own bird. What I would like to go into detail on is the animal abuse, cruelty, and illegal activity they engaged in while I was employed there. They didn't want to spend money on taking sick animals to the vet so they would either leave them in the back room to either ""get better"" so they could be sold, or would put live animals in the freezer to die a very slow, painful death. I brought one of the sick kittens home with me and tried to save it but it was too far gone at that point and after spending over $1000 at the vet it didn't make it, at least it's last days were with someone that loved and cared for it instead of being neglected and crammed in with 5 other sick kittens in a cold, dark back room. They also didn't want to spend money on taking their kittens to a vet to be vaccinated so they purchased the vaccines illegally and would ""train"" their employees to illegally vaccinate them, while telling us that one small mess up could kill the kitten. Also they had a rat and mouse infestation which they chose to ""clean up"" by bringing in a dog to find and kill whilst making a bloody, stinky mess in the store. This place sickens me and I hope that for the animals sake this place has changed ownership since I worked here a few years ago. If not and even if it has I hope someone investigates this and puts that cruel man in prison for a long time. more
