Can not believe how horrible this service department is. First they have had our business vehicle for 3 weeks because the transmission went out. Fortunately for us their product is so bad that the transmission went out while under warranty but they continue to lie to us and drag this on & on & on. 3 weeks is not okay and we have lost customers because of their lies. Tomorrow, tomorrow, I am so mad! What upsets me the most is that I tried to buy an American vehicle to help support our failing country but to be treated so disrespectfully with a company vehicle is blantened disrespect and to think we bailed these bastards out. Please read other reviews as I have & I find that this is their standard course of business. NEVER AGAIN will I buy a DODGE!
