I wish I had something positive to say about Mr Kanniah but I do not. He does not understand the concept of good customer service, and insists on treating customers badly and rudely. I met him last week and was appalled by his gluttonous behavior. I am no expert on appliances, but even I could tell that he took advantage of this to charge me a LOT more than he should have. People like this should not be allowed to work in an industry based on building positive customer relationships, and they should especially not be rewarded for their callous attitude. I will do my part and stay FAR away from this establishment.
