Very knowledgeable. Was a first time customer and needed a bridesmaid's dress taken in A LOT. She was very helpful and polite. Even offered me her heels to try the dress on for proper hemming (as I went right after work in flats).
I was able to pick up my dress exactly when she said it would be done. Tried it on while I was still in her shop and it fit perfect. It looked so much better!
When I got home, I really looked at the inside of the dress, and it was perfect. While the other bridesmaids' dresses in the wedding looked botched (irregular stitching, threads bunched up, etc...) my dress looked like it was made that way!
I would like to give 5 stars, but alteration was a little pricier than I'd like to pay.
