The only reason I gave them one star is because I can't give zero stars. The technician blocked my driveway so I had to walk halfway up the street several times while I brought groceries in, then when I said something about how I'd like to be able to park in my driveway, he simply left in the middle of the service call with no word of apology or explanation. When I called A Plus to complain, the phone kept going to voice mail and nobody ever bothered to call back after I left a message. I have NEVER encountered such atrocious customer service in all my life, and will make sure to always use one of their competitors whenever I need an appliance serviced.
