I purchased a washer from this store less than a month ago. The washer I purchased had a 30 day warranty. I calle and spoke with someone they aid someoe would come repair my washer. No one ever came. I called back today and the lady I spoke with informed me that I had to drop my washer off. I told her that I was never told this, she then responded and told me to shut my mouth. The conversation became irrate, and they refuse to refund my money or repair my washer. This woamn was very unproffesonal. She threatened me more than once. ALL I WANTED WAS MY WASHER FIXED!!!!
