I've had this service for a long time for 10 years no problems, when I need salt, its there, when I forget and I need service they call me and send me letters to remind me so I can keep the warranty up! The warranty is Great as well!! Can't beat the 10 years that they back the product up and you get what you pay for, the system is amazing! It has saved me on electricity and water, and I rarely need to clean areas like the shower, sinks as well. I talked with a neighbor about it and he spends about 5 times more every month in water and electricity! I love it the most since I never have to mess with timers as well! Literally I can just sit back and watch the game!
