The President and Owner is a complete jerk. I came in with software that Starkey had given to my longtime audiologist to give to me to try to program the aid myself. I didn't have the right hardware or experience, and was unsuccessful. I went here because I thought another place might be more adept at programming this particular model since my audiologist hadn't programmed that model before and was having a hard time getting it right for me. The idiot owner accused me and my audiologist of committing a crime. He called us both stupid and refused to give me the software back. He took my aid without asking and called Starkey to try to get my audiologist in trouble. I later called my audiologist and found out that he told Starkey exactly why he was ordering the software (for me to program) and they had no problem with it. The owner here is a loser on a power trip. Don't waste your time or money! I was insulted and essentially had software ordered FOR ME, stolen from me. ZERO stars.
