Horrible Customer Service/Didn't fix my Plasma TV 11/21/2011

I took my Plasma TV to Gulf Coast TV Sales & Service and they said they fixed it. I took it home, plugged it in and it didn't work so had to take it back. They had it for a very long time, wouldn't call me back/return my calls. I got it back and it worked for a day then it quit again. I called them and they were supposed to call me back and didn't. A few days later I called them and asked for my money back and all they said was 'we can't do that"". DO NOT take your TV to these people. They don't fix it right/at all, they don't communicate with you well, they don't return phone calls when they say they will and they won't give your money back. I am out around $300 and I could have spent a little bit more and bought another TV. Now i am out a TV and can't afford a new one. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THEM unless you want to get taken advantage of!! more
