I am writing this review to let you know the Real "" Aqua systems"". After jeff the owner, has your money for a complete water system, $$$... and reverse osmosis, you are no longer "" The valued customer you once were"". You just become one of the many people who need a bi- annual, or annual check-up for a few bucks, and can be put on the back burner, or better yet like me, one who makes an appointment two weeks ahead ,Takes off work, just to have no one show up all day, or evening. A courtesy call, (haha) was made by the tech at 6:45pm to say ""I won`t be coming ,you have to reschedule"". Jeff, the owner calls me the following day, with complete disregard for what just happened, makes excuses, and offers NOTHING but a reschedule .Well, I work for a living, like most, and I really can`t afford a company to do this. So my loss is knowledge for you. The whole experience was very Unprofessional, and Unacceptable. I since found a more reliable company who treats me like a valued customer, and for less $$..
