I took my son here because he broke an adult tooth which falls under my medical insurance. They sent me to a peridontist; which was great. When I came back to do the crown, they wanted me to have (and pay for) another evaluation appt--even though they still have the original treatment plan. The office manager REFUSED to speak to me when I wanted to go over the forms I would need since I would be filing this myself on my medical insurance. The staff changes constantly and I have to call and reexplain my situation over and over while asking for the office manager to please call me.
