I recently moved here and started using Procare Cleaners. I dropped of a very expensive sweater, and it came back ruined. I took it back, and the man said I did it. (It was hard to communicate with him bc I did not understand him, and he did not understand English very well). He said he would clean it again. When I went back it was still ruined. He said it wasn't his fault. I told him I had it dry cleaned many times where I used to live. He called the owner, and I told her all I wanted was for them to say sorry and to take responsibility. I am not one to try to get free stuff, just an apology. I will never be going back there!
