I hired New Way to take me from West New York to JFK airport one week ago today, on Sunday 30 October.
I asked the driver to show up at 3 PM and I was downstairs, bags loaded and in the car at 3:07.
Our first stop was a bodega on 62nd St. where the driver needed to drop off some money. He was unable to explain why this detour was necessary. As I discovered, he could not speak English.
