It's like being treated like royalty arriving for service for my Acura. My service rep, Nathan, greets me with a smile, he already knows what maintenance is scheduled and any problems I may have with my car from our earlier phone conversation. He sends me on my way with a smile and a rent car for the day. He calls me during the day to update me on the status of my car service and lets me know when my car will be ready. When I arrive to pick up my car he explains all the work that has been completed and my car has been clean, too. I love these guys they know customer service. more
