If salesmanship was the only thing I was rating, it would be less than 1 star. I had no problems with the delivery and installation of my purchase, their delivery and installation team were accommodating and friendly; but during the sales process the salesman made some commitments he failed to follow through on. Generally I would have no problems with the ""Sales braggadocio"" but it just so happened that my youngest child was their and heard the promise of an IPOD with my purchase. Needless to say that after months of calling and hearing the salesman constantly push the blame on ""THE OWNER"" I have to rate them poorly overall. Beware of their sales tactics!
