I would just like to thank Dr. Zika for all the help he has given me this past year. I am a Division I Track & Field shot-put and discus thrower for Iowa State university. I started to have major back problems dealing with my lower lumbar for almost a year before I came to Dr. Zika. After my two cortisone shots in my lower back failed to help, I decided to looked else where besides in the field of medicine. I heard about the services Dr. Zika provided especially for athletes and figured I would give Valley Chiropractic a shot.
