We had a new AC unit installed by this company three years ago, and have had nothing but problems since then. The thermostat they installed did not work, we got them to change the thermostat and had to pay for the labor, over $100 dollars. A few months later the unit was not cooling! called them again being that it was ""Under Warranty"" $370 dollars later the unit worked for a month and half, and now it is not working again! We called to complain and they said that we would have to pay them $129 for them to come and determine the cause of the problem! Very poor customer service by this company. We have kept all the receipts for every visit and ""repair"" they have supposedly fixed. If you want to be robbed call this company ""Universal Air & Heat"". They are crooks!
