Not happy with after sale service 11/26/2011

I purchased a new Jetta in Sept. I had some questions regarding financing a few weeks later and was directed to James Cassel in Financing. I left 3 messages over about a 2 week period and then contacted VW Credit. They called with me on the phone and also left a message. He never returned my call. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership to have my question answered in less than 2 minutes. Very unhappy with the customer service after the fact. more
