I have to rate, and 1 -star is the lowest that I can go. She does not deserve any star. She should have been disciplined with her poor performance, lack of updated knowledge. The worst is her bag moral. She damaged my teeth, charged me money. With no apologies. I thought about filing complaint with NY state professional license department, but decided to not to pursue it. For sure, people should be alerted about her dark heart. Do not be fooled by her friendly chatting. She is a good chat box. Her office staffs - are just as annoying as she is.
