Let me first say. I have been in this field for many years. Served our country for over 20. This is the worst company/contractor I have ever used. Had pulley replaced once on heat pump unit. F.M Thomas charged over 900.00 for two hours of work. Thought I should have learn my lesson...but I did not. Asked company to look at cooling tower controller. Sent a technicican out, he put new fuse in shook the box said it was broken, said it would cost 5000.00 to replace it. Technician (if that is what you would say he was) worked on unit for 1 hour and only put a 50 cent fuse in and charged over 400.00. There are a lot better companies that are more knowlegable and treat customers a lot fairer. I would steer clear of this company. There are way better reasonalable companies out there. One last note...contacted company to dispute the charge the President stated that I was in a minimalistic position and I should retire. (A personal attack) from a supposed reputable buisness I think not.
