It was good tonight. I've had the peel 'n eat many times, which I always like. Tonight, I ordered breaded catfish on pasta with green chile alfredo. In this case, ""breaded"" meant with corn meal. That's how to do catfish. At so many places the cook uses too much salt. I was happy to discover the salt on the catfish was light. That way I could add to taste or just enjoy it as presented, and not hear my doctor's voice fussing in my head. Service was not rushed. If you go there once in a while, you know to plan for a liesurely experience. My lovely companion and I passed the time with pleasant conversation. We'll go again, I'm sure.
